Maintenance Coordinator

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

1)
Interior facility maintenance:
a) Clean and fully stock all restrooms daily
b) Empty trash cans daily
c) Mop/vacuum floors daily or as needed.
d) Disinfect all surfaces and door handles daily, including Conference Room tables and counters
e) Wash windows semi-annually
f) Wash doorway glass daily

2)
Agency grounds maintenance:
a) Mow and trim agency grass at least weekly
b) Remove snow and ice from parking lot and sidewalks
c) Remove trash from grounds, and empty outside trash cans and cigarette disposal cans daily
d) Trim plants and trees as directed, or needed
e) Repair sprinkler system when not functioning properly
f) Properly uses and cares for tools and replaces after use

3)
General building maintenance:
a) Maintains and operates HVAC system including changing filters lubricating motors replacing broken and worn parts as needed
b) Maintains agency plumbing and electrical systems including, repairing faulty and or leaking waterlines, valves, plugged drain lines, changing light bulbs broken outlets organizing and coordinating with contractors for repairs
c) Maintains agency vehicles including oil changes, scheduling repairs as needed, daily weekly Safety checks, washing and vacuuming
d) Assist staff with office moves including coordinating scheduling carpet cleaning, painting and furniture repair and replacement

4)
Assistance with facility projects as assigned
a) Assemble new office furniture
b) Orders parts for repair and supplies as needed

must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Starting pay range $23.65 - $24.07 per hour DOE.
