We are seeking talented associates to join our 2026 team at this beautiful and peaceful location.

2026 Seasonal Positions Available

We’re hiring for the upcoming season! These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about conservation, outdoor recreation, and hospitality. You’ll play a vital role in preserving and sharing the natural beauty of this iconic region. Responsibilities differ by location, offering a diverse and dynamic work experience.

Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Expected weekly hours: 20–30 hours per person, depending on staffing needs and availability. This position is designed for a couple, with each individual working 20–30 hours per week.
  • A self‑contained RV is required. The position includes a full hook‑up (FHU) site and use of a golf cart.
  • Stipends and additional amenities vary by campground and will be discussed during the application process.
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates courteousness and displays a helpful attitude to all visitors; provides excellent customer service by educating the public on the rules and regulations of the recreation area.
  • Performs certain administrative tasks, including basic recordkeeping and fee collection.
  • Maintains facilities and grounds, including cleaning, sanitizing and stocking of restrooms, emptying trash containers and replacing liners, cleaning roadways and trails, campsites, picnic tables, fire rings, grills, and disposing of ashes.
  • Camp Hosts are required to clean bathrooms/vault toilets as part of their duties.
  • Rakes and grooms sites and public areas; maintains a litter‑free facility, including micro‑trash such as bottle caps and cigarette butts; maintains outlying areas such as trails, outposts, and rental cabins.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with fellow employees, governmental agency representatives, and the visiting public.
  • Registers campers, collects fees, and sells retail items such as firewood, ice, and concession goods.
  • Processes revenues and fee collection data using Company‑approved forms and procedures.
  • Remains familiar with local points of interest, nearby facilities, and local rules and regulations.
  • Reports problems and any unsafe or hazardous conditions as they are discovered.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills; enjoys working in an environment with extensive public contact.
  • Basic manual labor abilities, including the ability and willingness to clean and sanitize facilities using a variety of cleaning agents and chemicals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic recordkeeping experience, including money handling.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and follow instructions accurately.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to lift 20 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to move safely over rough and uneven terrain.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must have a self‑contained RV/trailer/rig or converted van (required).
  • Able to tow own RV (where applicable) in and out of campgrounds in emergency situations.
