•Experience in repair of roadway, shoulders, guardrail and signs.
•A CDL Class A with N endorsement without airbrake restrictions along with a current medical examiner's certificate.
•The ability to report to the Elma Maintenance facility within a 60-minute response time.
•Must possess and maintain NCCO Digger Derrick certification within 12 months of hire.
•Experience in winter snow and ice control operations.
•Possession of a valid Traffic Control Flagger Card with experience in traffic control per MUTCD including planning, setting signs, and flagging.
•Possess intermediate computer and data collection skills (such as Microsoft Office Suite programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and iPads).
•Ability to move and lift objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds in a safe manner and safely traverse uneven and steep terrain.
•Be able to respond to emergency call outs, work different and/or extended shifts on short notice (days, nights and weekends), and perform standby duty.
•A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
