Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician. Responsibilities include applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound phone calls related to the Autel scanning unit, responding to technical questions about scanning procedures, and researching, explaining, and resolving vehicle technology issues.

• $40.00 annually.

• 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools for job duties.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks.

• Minimum age requirement of 21+ years.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, estimates, and work orders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
