Job Title: UTV Technician / Shop Helper (Part-Time)

Wilderness Collective provides unforgettable outdoor adventure experiences. Our team is passionate about off-road exploration and creating meaningful journeys for our guests. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our crew and help keep our fleet of UTVs running at their best.

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined UTV Technician / Shop Helper to assist with the maintenance, repair, and preparation of our UTV fleet. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities to travel on guided trips to support our operations in the field.

• Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of UTVs (oil changes, filters, brakes, tires, etc.)
• Clean, prep, and stage UTVs and equipment for trips
• Support shop organization, tool upkeep, and general workspace maintenance
• Load/unload vehicles and equipment as needed
• Assist guides and staff with on-site mechanical support during trips (travel opportunities available)
• Perform other shop helper duties as assigned
• Recovery of broken machines in the field
• Oil changes
• Tire changes
• Installation of accessories
• Diagnostic repair
• Damage repair
• Parts ordering
• Cleaning
• Power washing

• Ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
• Experience with UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, or small engines preferred (but not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Flexible schedule and availability to occasionally travel
• Valid driver’s license required
