As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you’ll follow clear checklists and quality standards to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services. Your day involves traveling to assigned homes, completing thorough cleaning tasks within scheduled times, and communicating promptly if any delays arise. You’ll work independently but with full training and support to help you succeed.

Unlike jobs with unpredictable hours or unclear expectations, here you’ll find steady, year-round work with a reliable Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM–5 PM) and no regular weekends. We offer weekly pay every Tuesday, mileage reimbursement, and bonuses that reward your commitment. Our team values respect, accountability, and a drama-free environment where your efforts are recognized.

• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality
• Complete residential cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled time

• Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between job sites

• $20–$25 per hour plus tips and bonuses
• Earn up to $1,000 per week with consistent work
• Weekly direct deposit every Tuesday
• Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, no regular weekends
• Mileage reimbursement and paid training included

• Reliable daily transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
