Location:Store #15 Watauga --- 7201 Rufe Snow Drive, Watauga, Texas
Salary: $15.60 per hour
Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week

GeneralJob Duties
Directs personnel to utilize equipment in the sorting, grading, hanging, categorizing, pricing, distribution and storage of clothing, other textiles, shoes, electrical/mechanical, and wares items to meet established production goals. Will not be authorized to hire or terminate any employee.
Establishes and maintains a system of record keeping and report generation which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill Industries as well as Federal, state, and private agencies.
Directs personnel in receiving donations and giving receipts as well as baling, storage, and shipment of salvage textiles. Maintains a safe, secure, clean workplace, along with meeting all safety first aid training requirements, if applicable.
Skills andMinimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of textiles is very desirable.
- Background in sorting and grading textile useful.
- Must be experienced with a good past record in supervising/leading people in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work with and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged.
- Operate 10 key calculator.
Sufficiently mobile to supervise employees in all areas of the workplace and grounds as well as the ability to travel to corporate or other locations, as requested. May be required to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively with associates and customers.
Legal RequirementsDocumentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen, and physical examination. Upkeep of equipment and maintain adequate supplies needed for daily work activities.
