Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environment across campus facilities.

Troubleshoot, repair, and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems, furnaces, air conditioners, appliances, kitchen equipment, and other campus mechanical assets. Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance staff.

Dedicated leader with a strong commitment to facilities excellence and team development. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Minimum 3–5 years of facilities or property maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience required
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, facilities maintenance, and grounds operations
• Experience with facility management software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization, time management, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting, carrying, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
