State of Vermont, Buildings & General Services, is seeking a Custodian IV at the Waterbury State Office Complex. This permanent, full‑time role leads cleaning operations and trains new staff, with responsibility for ordering supplies under supervision.
Work hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm. A valid driver’s license and successful background check are required; overtime and outdoor work may occur, and applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
