Maintain all areas inside the building to high cleanliness standards, including cleaning of carpets, furniture, windows and glass, and flooring as needed.;
Support grounds maintenance and exterior repairs in collaboration with landscaping and waste removal services.;
Assist with implementing and documenting a preventative maintenance program for the building and its equipment.;
Prepare and refurbish apartments for resident move-ins, including patching, painting, carpet care, flooring installation, and refinishing trim/cabinets.
