• Fix, clean, build, maintain all facility assets.
• Handle repairs, plumbing, and preventive maintenance.
• Keep shop, office, yard in top condition – downtime not allowed.
• Jump on unexpected events – always something happens.

• Jack‑of‑all‑trades – master‑of‑many.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, structural problems.
• Strong work ethic; can keep up with trucking industry.
• No fear of heights, tight spaces, manual dirt; hands‑on all the way.
• Snow removal using pickup with plow/front‑end loader (will train).
• Coordinate lawncare.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies stocked; order monthly supplies.
