AgHires is seeking candidates for a maintenance position starting with classes on August 24th, 2026, at Hawkeye Community College. The role requires a high school diploma. A $3000 bonus will be awarded after program completion. Selected candidates will work as full-time maintenance employees and will enjoy various benefits.
Responsibilities include attending classes and working 12-hour shifts. Preference will be given to candidates with prior maintenance experience, but all individuals with a desire to succeed are encouraged to apply.
