The team member in this position is responsible for the general maintenance of all areas of the facility.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARYResponsible for general upholstery work and maintenance including furniture and for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts with instructions.
Perform routine maintenance on various systems as assigned.
Safely operate all types of hand tools, two-way radios, power tools, ladders and machinery.
Safely use chemicals and proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
Operate all lawn equipment including riding tracker, weed eater, golf cart, gators, sky track for basic grounds keeping.
Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness; always pay attention to the needs of team members and guests.
- Plans, organizes and completes work timely
- Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
- Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
