To coordinate the tactical aspects of Global Project Services installations while assisting in the positioning of our value added project coordination services to end users and resellers.

• Coordinate with Siemon Certified Installersvia implementation of quotes for SiemonGPSmanagedinstallations,managing the bidprocess,andensuringthat approved quotes are deployed exceeding clients scope of work expectations.
• Effectively maintain and update a project-tracking database following the processes outlined in the GPS Procedure Manual.
• Coordinate resource management, both internal and external, for clients on global project roll outs.
• Provide continual assistance for all direct projects throughout the project life cycle.
• Actively maintain effective communication with members of Sales, Program Support Services, Customer Service, Technical Support and other key units within the company to obtain proper assistance on projects.
• Gain an understanding of the GPS value added services and promote those services as applicable to Clients.
  
  Continuously train to understandhowtoposition GPSvalueaddedservicesto your customers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year experience focused on customer service
• A Proven track record effectively coordinating multiple projects in a change oriented environment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
• Ability to effectively deal with customer problems and concerns as they develop
• Strong interpersonal, interaction and teamwork skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate user of Excel and Word

• Associates Degree
• Knowledge of Siemon Cabling System products and programs
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience working for a low voltage installation company in operations,estimating, or project management.
