• Respond to,prioritize, and complete maintenance work orders for resident requests
• Perform general building repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, appliances, and yard work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, maintenance areas, and equipment
• Transport residents on outings or appointments using company vehicles when needed
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety and curb appeal
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and document testing logs
• Coordinate supply inventory, obtain approvals for purchases, and maintain stock of parts and equipment
• Respond to emergencies and report issues or recommend solutions to the Facilities Manager
• Back up other maintenance personnel during vacations or absences and rotate on-call responsibilities
