Perform light to thorough housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and floor care;
Complete laundry services such as collecting, washing, folding, and distributing resident linens and garments;
Perform deep cleaning of apartments during resident move-outs;
Empty trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas;
