Major Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate cleaning personnel to ensure assigned accounts are cleaned to company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Inspect completed work, assign daily and periodic cleaning tasks, and reassign personnel as needed to ensure all work is completed.
• Ensure all personnel comply with company policies and procedures, including safety, security, timekeeping, and key control requirements.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns, report maintenance, safety, and security issues to management, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
