Responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of event venues throughout the event day. Duties include cleaning, sanitation, setup, and closing procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
  • Set up, remove, change, and store chairs, tables, and other equipment as required.
  • Maintain all guest-facing areas free of trash.
  • Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
  • Keep work areas neat and orderly, cleaning equipment and assisting with other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, such as recycling or waste prevention activities.
  • Collaborate with crew members at the end of the show to close the venue, collecting recyclables, trash, lost items, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
  • Requirements include constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 25 lbs plus, and occasional sitting.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
  • At least one year of experience with housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and proper use of cleaning agents.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.
