Position Criteria:

• High School diploma or equivalent – required
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
• CPR/First Aid – preferred
• Good oral communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively while enforcing rules for facility use by community groups

Performance Responsibilities:

• Supervise individuals/groups that utilize school facilities to ensure adherence to facility usage guidelines
• Complete facility set-up according to contract specifications (Tables, Chairs, hoop adjustment and other equipment as needed)
• Monitor facility conditions to ensure safety and minimize hazardous risk. Report any hazards to the supervisor. This includes tornado/fire safety, snow removal, and various certifications for hazards such as blood borne pathogens, CPR first Aid and OSHA regulations)
• Complete general cleaning (empty trash, sweep floors, vacuum, etc....)
• Unlocks facility doors at specified times according to contract specifications
• Locks/secures facility doors after contract usage
• Other duties as assigned
