Groundskeeper

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Groundskeeper

The groundskeeper is responsible for assisting the maintenance staff and ensuring that all community grounds are in excellent condition.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintaining community curb appeal, Keeping storage areas, maintenance shop and leasing office in a clean and tidy condition, Assisting with preventative and routine maintenance, Assisting with snow removal and following the direction of the Property Manager and / or Maintenance Supervisor.

Will train for maintenance technician.

Understanding and adherence to all Fair Housing Laws and practices, including those applied at a national, state and local level;
Knowledge of, and adherence to, all code compliance, OSHA, EPA and life safety regulations.;
Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours in the event of emergency situations.;
Must be able to provide a valid Driver’s license and proof of Auto Insurance.
