Waukegan Community Unit School District No. 60 serves nearly 13,000 students in preschool through grade 12 and is located halfway between Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Michigan. The District has one early learning center, 15 elementary schools, five middle schools and a high school program divided between two 9-12th grade campuses. The District encompasses portions of Waukegan, Beach Park and Park City.

Responsibilities include:

• Empty trash
• Sanitize fixtures/clean fixtures
• Dry mop and sweep
• Spot wet mop
• Low dust
• Spot clean walls/partitions
• Clean mirrors
• Fill dispensers
• Dry mop and sweep
• Full wet mop
• High and low dust
• Clean white/chalkboards

Time Room or Area Duties:

3:00 p.m. Custodial Area Punch in, prepare equipment

Classrooms 301, 302, 302A, 302B, 304, 304A, 304B, Classroom steps 1-6 daily, 7-9 weekly 304C, 308 thru 311, 313 thru 317A, 320, 323 thru 327, 331, 333, 335 and 400 including washrooms in classrooms

Staff washrooms on east end of corridor Washrooms steps 1-7 daily, 8 weekly Student washrooms on north side of corridor Student washroom halfway from 2nd to 3rd floor Corridors from room 301 thru 330 Corridor steps 1-5 daily, 6 weekly Corridors from room 323 thru 327 East and west stairwells from 3rd to 2nd floor Dust mop, spot mop daily, full wet mop weekly Stairwell by room 326 from 3rd to 2nd floor Other Projects as assigned
