After more than 20 years of caring for local homes, I’m expanding Fresh Slate Cleaning Co. and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join the team.

This is an opportunity to join Fresh Slate as one of our first team members and grow alongside the company as we expand.

At Fresh Slate, we’ve developed structured cleaning systems and use Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) principles to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination between homes while providing consistent, high-quality cleaning.

• Clean and maintain residential homes to Fresh Slate’s standards
• Follow established cleaning systems and procedures
• Provide friendly, professional service to clients
• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Help create clean, comfortable homes that clients can rely on

• Dependable and punctual
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in your work
• Friendly, respectful, and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and follow established cleaning systems
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

• Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC)
• Fresh Slate’s structured cleaning systems
• Safe product and equipment use

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour
, with a wage review after the 3-month probationary period. Candidates with relevant experience and excellent references may be considered for a higher starting wage.

Position: Part-time to start, with the goal of becoming full-time as the business grows.
