In this hands-on role, you'll keep our properties running smoothly by completing maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and making repairs that help create a safe, comfortable home for our residents. Every day brings something new—from troubleshooting repairs to ensuring our communities look and function at their best.
What You'll Do:- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment operating efficiently
- Complete repairs to apartments, common areas, and property amenities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
- Work independently while delivering outstanding customer service
- Company vehicle provided for work use

Requirements
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed during unit turns.
- Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests and requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and confined spaces.
