Job Summary
Environment Control is seeking an experienced Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager to oversee cleaning operations, support employees, and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the Waukesha County area. This position combines leadership, supervision, training, quality control, and hands‑on cleaning responsibilities.
Schedule & CompensationPart‑time Monday–Friday, working 4–6 hours per night, starting at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM. Pay $21–$24 per hour based on experience, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Employees receive weekly paychecks.

Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Criminal background check required
- Drug testing required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred
- Commercial janitorial management experience
- Experience training and supervising employees
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working directly alongside employees during training and support activities
