Help keep the Kroc Center clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors. As a Custodian, you'll take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our state-of-the-art facility while supporting daily operations through housekeeping, event support, and teamwork. Your efforts will help provide an exceptional experience for members, guests, volunteers, and employees every day.
This part-time position works up to 18 hours per week and pays $14.86 per hour. Candidates must have flexible availability to work shifts ranging from early mornings to evenings, including rotating Saturdays.
A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is paid for all shifts worked from 4:00 pm Friday through Sunday.

SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSEThe Custodian is a collaborative member of the overall Kroc team focused on providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers in support of the programs and mission of the Kroc. This role emphasizes housekeeping activities and support to other team members to ensure effective operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience preferred
- OR -
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
