Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen and restaurant equipment;
Troubleshoot and make minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems;
Ensure all equipment is in working condition and report issues to management;
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including restrooms, dining areas, and exterior spaces;
Assist with deep-cleaning schedules, including floors, vents, and back-of-house areas
