Housekeeping Aide

Bethany Christian Services, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting lives and supporting families, is currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide for our healthcare facilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. The Housekeeping Aide will adhere to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all areas of the facility meet Bethany's dedication to care and community service.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily, ensuring all spaces meet health and safety standards.
• Replenish supplies and ensure that all areas are stocked with necessary items like soaps, tissues, and hand sanitizers.
• Follow proper handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals, adhering to OSHA and health department guidelines.
• Monitor, report, and respond to any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition and stored correctly.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, requesting new supplies as needed.
