Housekeeper & Lt. Maintenance Technician- Wausau

Join our team as a Housekeeping & Light Maintenance Technician at Kannenberg Plaza & Landmark Hotel Apartments!

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help keep two residential communities in Wausau, WI clean, safe, and well‑maintained. This role supports daily housekeeping needs and light maintenance tasks to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for in their homes.

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, common areas, offices, sidewalks, and parking areas at both properties
• Clean and prepare vacant units including basic make‑ready work
• Complete light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing, appliance cleaning, and simple repairs
• Respond to service requests and assist with emergency maintenance when assigned
• Conduct routine property inspections and report needed repairs
• Support onsite staff and vendors to maintain safe and attractive communities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping or light maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to work at both properties
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team

• Competitive hourly pay between $20‑$23/hour
