** Join our team as a Housekeeping & Light Maintenance Technician at Kannenberg Plaza & Landmark Hotel Apartments!
** We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help keep two residential communities in Wausau, WI clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role supports daily housekeeping needs and light maintenance tasks to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for in their homes.
** What You’ll Do
*** Maintain cleanliness of hallways, common areas, offices, sidewalks, and parking areas at both properties
* Clean and prepare vacant units including basic make-ready work
* Complete light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing, appliance cleaning, and simple repairs
* Respond to service requests and assist with emergency maintenance when assigned
* Conduct routine property inspections and report needed repairs
* Support onsite staff and vendors to maintain safe and attractive communities
** What You’ll Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous housekeeping or light maintenance experience preferred
* Reliable transportation and ability to work at both properties
* Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures
* Basic knowledge of cleaning and light maintenance tasks
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
