Overview

The Maintenance Tech Lead is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of facility and associated equipment while leading, training and mentoring other technicians. These duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. Other responsibilities include security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of facility and associated equipment, while leading, training and mentoring other technicians.
• Ensure duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages.
• Other responsibilities include security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training:
  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. General maintenance background experience required; hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.
