8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday
- Friday) Join our team in Wausau, WI as a Temporary Maintenance Inventory Specialist and play a key role in keeping our maintenance operations running smoothly. In this hands‑on temporary position, you'll manage critical parts inventory, support preventive maintenance programs, and help ensure technicians have the tools and materials they need to succeed. • Maintain accurate inventory of all maintenance parts, tools, and supplies
• Receive, label, and store incoming shipments in proper locations
• Track usage, perform regular cycle counts, and update inventory system
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the maintenance shop and inventory areas
• Create and maintain records, including invoices, receipts, and inventory logs
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the storage and handling of parts
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to improve PM documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in inventory control or maintenance preferred
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and mechanical terminology a plus
• Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory and maintenance tracking software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/shop environment
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
