PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible for leading the Maintenance team and maintenance TPM strategy for a large plant area. The role has accountability for ensuring that his plant areas and equipment are maintained in an efficient, safe and reliable manner. The position establishes/tracks area goals, metrics, DMS, and provides direction, guidance and development opportunities for their maintenance employees.

The role partners with Operations leadership to ensure safe, predictable manufacturing processes and reliability, achieving operational excellence. The role also assists in development of overall equipment strategies, standards and practices, and strategic initiatives to achieve excellence.

Maintenance Leader.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree preferred (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or related engineering, technology or design field) or related experience. Industrial Mechanical and Electrical background, with a minimum of 3 years leadership responsibilities EXPERIENCE Experience of successfully developing, leading and executing reliability centered maintenance processes A proven track record of driving results by engaging others Previous experience/proficiency with navigating maintenance management systems (i.e. Maximo, SAP) Proficiency with utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
