• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Mechanically inclined.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment.
• Position requires regular, in-person attendance at the plant.
• Ability to work with and as part of a team including but not limited to the Plant Manager, managers, employees throughout Cardinal, and vendor partnerships
• Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making, ideas, and all aspects relating to the PLANT team, Cardinal and other company relationships
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
