** Maintenance Supervisor*
* ** Waxahachie, TX*
* ** The Maintenance Supervisor
** is responsible for leading the maintenance team and maintenance TPM strategy for a large plant area. This role will ensure plant areas and equipment are maintained in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner, while establishing and tracking area goals, metrics, and DMS. The position provides direction, guidance, and development opportunities for maintenance employees, partners with Operations leadership to support safe and predictable manufacturing processes, and contributes to overall equipment strategies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
** Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
*** Lead maintenance operations with a strong safety-first approach, ensuring compliance with all safety programs and proactively eliminating or controlling hazards.
* Develop and support maintenance team talent by investing in self-learning, sharing knowledge, and ensuring employees are properly trained to perform the full scope of their roles.
* Drive maintenance organization excellence by maintaining clean and organized shops, break rooms, and tool cribs, while supporting a positive culture focused on continuous improvement, morale, customer service, and development.
* Develop and execute maintenance strategies that support KPIs, TPM objectives, and overall plant goals, including budget management, downtime reporting, compliance, and cost control.
* Prepare and manage area budgets, including scope development, cost estimates, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and spend tracking.
* Lead and implement Reliability Work Process (RWP), equipment reliability plans, PM planning and adjustments, and long-term repair plans; analyze equipment failures and maintenance data to improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs, oversee the PM system, and manage critical spare parts and maintenance records.
* Direct maintenance personnel to complete work in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner; troubleshoot equipment issues, determine root causes, implement countermeasures, support environmental compliance activities, maintain accurate maintenance management system data, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, production, and EHS teams to coordinate activities and support TPM efforts**.

Qualifications:

* * Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related engineering, technology, or design field, or equivalent related experience.
* Industrial mechanical and electrical background with at least 3 years of leadership responsibility.
* Experience successfully developing, leading, and executing reliability-centered maintenance processes.
* Proven ability to drive results by engaging others.
* Prior experience using maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
