Pool Cleaner

Job Overview

A pool cleaner cleans and maintains residential and commercial pools. Additionally, the cleaner maintains the pool area in a clean, orderly fashion while ensuring all pool safety rules and regulations are enforced.

$18.00 / Hourly

• Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance which includes testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool chlorination, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and other similar activities.
• Remove debris from the pool surface and floor, balance chemicals, and oversee the general upkeep of all pool equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees to best serve the customer.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain a professional appearance, appearance of job sites, and the highest quality of service.
• Maintain accurate records and company forms.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean M.V.R.
• Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lb.
• Ability to work outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
• Dependable, reliable, responsive, problem solver, and detail oriented.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.
