Maintenance Supervisor

Genesis HCC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a skilled nursing and long-term care center. In this role, you will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure building systems, equipment, and grounds are safe, functional, and compliant with healthcare regulations. You will manage preventive maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, and inventory while responding promptly to urgent repairs.

Partnering with nursing and administration, you'll support a clean, comfortable, and resident-centered environment aligned with Genesis HCC's standards of compassion and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff for a skilled nursing and long-term care facility
• Oversee completion of work orders and urgent repair requests
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and healthcare facility regulations
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment
• Inspect facility regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative leaders to support resident comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Support emergency preparedness and response related to building systems
