We are currently seeking a Product Service Technician to support a variety of refrigeration products for the supermarket, cold storage, industrial refrigeration, and data center market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to communicate with JCI external customers, share your troubleshooting and technical expertise, as well as repair equipment and perform root cause analysis on systems.

This position is based at our facility in Waynesboro, PA. Candidates must be commuting distance to the facility, or able to relocate. Only US Citizens and/or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position, as we are not able to sponsor.

• System Monitoring and Maintenance:
  Oversee the performance of transcritical CO₂ refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal operation and promptly addressing any issues.
• Customer Support and Troubleshooting:
  Collaborate with customers and end-users to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, providing clear guidance and solutions.
• Warranty and Parts Management:
  Handle warranty claims and coordinate the replacement of parts as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Technical Documentation:
  Utilize Salesforce and other tools to document cases, track support activities, and maintain comprehensive service records.
• Communication:
  Engage with customers via email and other communication channels to provide updates, technical information, and support.

• Education:
  
  Associates Degree
• 3+ years of experience with refrigeration systems
• Understanding of refrigeration principles and experience with control systems.
• Up to 25% domestic travel
• US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $70,000 - $85,000 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
