As per current CCMA Contract with the WCSD for Buildings and Grounds Foreman Requirements:
Will supervise current Preventative Maintenance Department; must be able to delegate, assign task and ensure completion as needed Must meet minimum Civil Service Requirements for appointment as Maintenance Mechanic Must have five (5) years experience in building trades or equal in training Must have working knowledge of mechanical drawings and be able to work from schematics and blueprints Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a larger team as projects require Must hold valid NYS Drivers License Must be highly self-motivated with interpersonal skills Perks:
