Primary

Purpose:

Assist with a variety of maintenance work orders, including moving and delivering school materials, assisting with repairs, and helping custodians. Actively engage in actions that support Clear Creek ISD's mission.

• Education/Certification/Licensure: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Texas driver’s license and pass MVR driving record check – must meet eligibility requirements for CCISD motor vehicle insurance.

Experience: Requirement determined by supervision.

• Assist with moves and deliveries as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist a crafts or trades person in making repairs or performing new tasks at district facilities.
• Available to work day or evening shift and different schedules or shifts when required.
• Follow all safety regulations related to any trade area.
• Report any hazardous situations.
• Be available for after-hours demands as needed.

• Mental Demands: Ability to maintain emotional control at all times; constant concentration when using tools common to various trades.
• Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Strenuous walking, standing, climbing; lifting up to 80 pounds; exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, chemicals; work on ladders; work in positions requiring bending, twisting, extending reach, digging; ability to work flexible hours.
