• Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not required

• Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, providing all necessary information
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including the retail area
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in guest services area

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.; carry golf bags and clubs across multiple floors
• Stand and walk for most of the shift
• Engage in a variety of physical tasks continuously
• Maintain endurance to keep pace in a high‑volume environment
