• Perform detailed cleaning of homes (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
• Tasks include: dusting, wiping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing
• Follow a professional cleaning checklist and company standards
• Respect clients’ homes and preferences
• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality
  
  Clean small office spaces occasionally
• Heavy lifting expected (vacuums, caddies, water buckets)
• Perform physical labor that requires bending, lifting, moving around and standing up for prolonged times

• Reliable and punctual (this is very important)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting)
