Process and complete maintenance work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing (pre-move-in inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors);
Track inventory and requisition materials from the property's maintenance department;
Document and file service requests accurately for tracking;
Assist in grounds and common-area upkeep (cleanup, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage) and support cost-control initiatives by using parts efficiently
