Maintenance Technician - Estuary

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining materials, and inspecting completed work;
Follows procedures to access and obtain materials/equipment from the property maintenance department, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by trash removal, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage
