Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Work Location: Wellington, FL.
Payrate: XX28 - XX31 per hour
Duration: 6 Months
OverviewThe Mechanical Technician ensures timely delivery of equipment in alignment with operational demands, while improving maintenance efficiency, asset utilization, and workforce productivity within the Maintenance Base (MB).
Key Responsibilities- Maintain assigned equipment per maintenance programs, following reliability-centered maintenance strategies and standard work procedures.
- Record and manage materials, labor, and equipment performance data in the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
- Ensure compliance with TLM Product Line standards and transactional discipline.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization, reduce downtime, and improve maintenance efficiency.
- Support CoSD (Cost of Service Delivery) projects, including planned repair and part reuse initiatives.
- Assist in failure investigations and implement corrective actions as assigned.
- Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System and support training and development initiatives for Maintenance Technicians.
- Asset turnaround time improvement
- Reduction of nonproductive maintenance time
- Continuous improvement in maintenance processes and productivity
