Education & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel engineering role
  • HVAC, pool, or technician certification preferred
  • Stable work history
Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest and employee safety by maintaining building systems and facilities
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural)
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance program
  • Perform basic carpentry, painting, renovation, and furniture adjustments
  • Monitor and implement energy conservation measures
  • Oversee fire safety equipment maintenance and compliance
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
  • Supervise and assign tasks to maintenance technicians; manage work orders and records
  • Maintain pool equipment and grounds, including cleaning and chemical balance
  • Conduct daily facility inspections in public areas and meeting spaces
  • Maintain inventory of keys and equipment
  • Coordinate with General Manager for vendor or contractor projects
  • Support other departments and perform additional duties as requested
