Duties- Clean residential houses, post-construction sites, commercial spaces, Airbnb and vacation rental homes, and staged homes.
- Clean kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, dust, mop, sweep, and perform other general cleaning tasks.
- Conduct an assessment prior to cleaning to set client expectations.
- Work independently and efficiently.
- Paid house or commercial cleaning experience, especially within the Portland area.
- Reliable transportation.
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Smartphone.
- Minimum one year of cleaning experience.
- Willingness to travel 100 % (preferred).
- Hourly rate: $25‑$45 (up to $55 with experience).
- Standard work hours: 20–40 per week, part‑time or full‑time.
- Flexible schedule; days include daytime and afternoon shifts, typically 8 am‑6 pm.
- Greater Portland Area; work is performed on the road.
