Perform pre-coating operations including surface preparation and masking;
Perform post-coating tasks such as removing parts from fixtures and masking;
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning coating equipment;
Perform deburring, blending, polishing, countersinking, grinding, drilling or grit-blast operations;
Conduct Total Preventive Maintenance on applicable machines/equipment as required
