Field Copier Technician; Industry Experienced

Experienced Field Copier Technician needed for service in the Wenatchee, WA area, with possible territory near Tri‑Cities and surrounding areas.

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high‑quality technical support to our customer base
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing options to solve unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

• Canon, Ricoh, HP, or Lexmark experience strongly preferred
• Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
• Experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
• Strong computer knowledge a plus
