Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area. Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

St. Theodore Catholic Church is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support our growing preschool and parish office. This is a unique opportunity to serve Jesus Christ through the quiet, behind-the-scenes care that helps create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our parish community.

This is a very part-time position
, requiring approximately 3–4 hours per week during the school year. The schedule is one day per week
, with cleaning completed outside of preschool hours—before school, after school, or on weekends—on a consistent weekly schedule.

• Clean classrooms, restrooms, parish offices, and hallways
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean counters, sinks, toilets, and other surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock paper products and other supplies as needed
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Careful attention to detail
• Respectful of the dignity, safety, and well-being of children
• Able to perform routine cleaning tasks and light physical work
