Custodial Supervisor

ARAMARK is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our Facilities & Maintenance department. In this role, you will oversee custodial staff, schedules, and inspections to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients in education, healthcare, and corporate settings. Responsibilities include training team members, managing supplies and equipment, enforcing safety and quality standards, and partnering with site management to support events and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily custodial operations in assigned facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards.
• Schedule, train, and coach custodial staff, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain Aramark quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and Aramark policies.
• Respond to client requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Facilities & Maintenance leadership on staffing, project work, and special events.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, incidents, and training.
• Support inclusive team culture and promote employee development opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training staff across facilities.
